1. Marinate the Beef (5 minutes)

Mix beef with soy sauce, cornflour, oil, and pepper.

2. Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce

Soy sauce + oyster sauce + chili sauce + vinegar + sugar + water.
Set aside.
3. Cook the Beef

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok/pan over high heat.

4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
