Instructions

  1. Prepare the Noodles
    Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sauté the Veggies
    Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add cabbage, celery, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.

  3. Add Noodles
    Toss in the cooked noodles and mix gently.

  4. Pour the Sauce
    Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour over the noodles and mix until everything is well-coated.

  5. Finish with Spring Onions
    Add chopped spring onions, toss once, and serve hot.
