Cheese and Lamb Steaks Recipe

1. Marinate the Lamb

Rub the lamb steaks with olive oil, garlic, pepper, herbs, salt, and lemon juice.

Let it marinate for 15–30 minutes (longer gives better flavor).
2. Cook the Lamb Steaks
Pan Method:

Heat butter in a heavy pan.

Place the lamb steaks and cook:

Remove and rest the steaks for 5 minutes.
Grill Method:
Grill at high heat for 6–8 minutes per side.
3. Prepare the Cheese Topping

4. Melt the Cheese
